Religious Facilities

Easterday Construction Co., Inc. has extensive experience in working in Religious Facilities.  We understand the sensitive nature of this work and the need to be respectful of the facility, the congregation and it's leadership.  We have worked in and around the apartments of the Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ in Donaldson while remodeling the 5th floor of their main building.  We have worked in and around the Church Schools at the Grace Baptist School in Plymouth and the Grace Brethren Church in Warsaw.  There are always interesting challenges for us to work through.

We discuss these sensitivities with our employees and subcontractors before each project.  We discuss appropriate language, work attire, music and interaction with the Church members.  We take pride in minimizing disruption and fitting in with the members of the congregation.
